Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 28, 2026
We want every guest to be able to use this website comfortably. We are committed to providing an accessible experience consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we've done
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative art is hidden from screen readers.
- Full keyboard navigation, visible focus outlines and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Clear headings, landmarks and labels for screen readers and form fields.
- Color contrast chosen to meet WCAG AA, and information never conveyed by color alone.
- Large, easy-to-tap buttons and a layout that works on phones, tablets and computers.
- Animations are reduced automatically when your device's "reduce motion" setting is on.
- Text can be enlarged up to 200% with browser zoom without loss of content.
Disclaimer
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, some content — including third-party websites we link to (such as hotels, restaurants, attractions, maps and Greenvelope) and content uploaded by guests — may not be fully accessible and is outside our control. We are not responsible for the accessibility of third-party sites.
